Spring Fayre with Holy Trinity Church

What better way to start our Festival than with a lovely Family event – the Spring Fayre!

There will be plenty of stalls including Bedding Plants, Home-made cakes, crafts, toys, books, handmade cards, bric-a-brac, and many more. There will be games for the children, a children’s dancing display, a raffle and tombola. The cafe will be open, so come and grab a butty!

A community collective of work by local artists, running throughout the Festival

‘ Local History ‘  Heritage Walk (approx.2.5 miles)

Join Peter Smithson as he talks about the histories of Tannery Square ; Meanwood Quarries ; Meanwood Cricket Club ; Meanwood Allotments ; Myrtle Pub ; Bay Horse Pub ; Meanwood Institute . With light refreshments provided afterwards  by the Meanwood Village Association (M.V.A)  back at the Institute.
